Rules & Guidelines

• 10 adults (over 18 years old) and no more than 13 guests including children
• Guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the Punta Ballena Homeowners Association
• All outside guests must be approved by the Resident Manager for day visits
• Smoking is not allowed inside the enclosed buildings and their rooms
• Pets are not allowed without written permission
• Mexican law prevails
• Guests waive liability claims against the owner of Casa Esperanza
• Fees to cover damages to Casa Esperanza will be the responsibility of the renter.
